Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a lesson, we will need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise
you will be charged for the full lesson. If you continue to cancel lessons,
the instructor has the right to remove you from his contacts.
Payments
Payments by cheque will need to be paid in advance. Cheques should be made
payable to T Wright. If for any reason your cheque is returned unpaid, you
will be asked for the full amount in cash plus a £25.00 administration charge.
The affects of drink and drugs
If the instructor considers you to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
he has the right to refuse your lesson and you will be asked to pay for the
lesson in full.
Driving test
If hourly lessons are taken, your driving instructor will advise you when
he feels that you are ready for your practical test. Lessons up to the test
date will need to be continued, otherwise the standard that is required may
not be reached or kept. The instructor can refuse the use of the school's
car. If a intensive course is booked, the instructor reserves the right
to cancel the test if the correct standard of driving is not met.
